General Specifications


All orders are acknowledged by email. Please review carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or changes.

Rush Orders:

Call for availability. Rush Service is available in as few as 3 to 5 days for some styles. Actual production times are shown online for each product. Every effort will be made to accommodate in-hands date. Once a rush order has been acknowledged we cannot accept any changes or cancellations.

Layout Proofs:

Upon request, a layout proof will be emailed prior to production. Additional charges may apply and will affect production time.

Pre-production Proofs:

A pre-production proof may be available upon request and will affect production time.


All inks and processes used have been developed specifically for our products and are guaranteed not to come off during normal wear. However, imprints are never permanent due to wear and use beyond our control. Factory will not allow any credit for friction wear.

PMS Color Match:

$45.00(G). PMS matches cannot be guaranteed. Close matches to Pantone Type U colors available on most items but have some color limitations.

Less Than Minimum:

Less than minimum may be available, please call for more information.

Assorted Colored Items:

Color splits are no additional charge, subject to catalog minimum per color. Add $10.00 per split if less than catalog minimum per color. When ordering items in assorted colors that require pad printing and each different colored item requires a different color imprint, an INK COLOR CHANGE must be added @ $25.50 for each color imprint.

Random Samples:

Most random samples are available at no charge (up to $10). Colors or quantities may be limited on random samples and charges may apply. Freight not included, please supply UPS or FedEx number for shipping.

Spec Samples:

Because our products are each custom manufactured, we recommend our Free Virtual Samples. However, we can custom produce a spec sample of any style if required. Please inquire for pricing. Bottle It or Sportz Bottle Its are ONLY available as virtual samples.

Changes to Orders:

Changes must be made in writing, will depend on where order is in process, and may incur additional charges. Changes may delay production and shipping. Contact us for information.

Cancellation Charge:

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation of an order in process will be charged $30.00 plus all charges incurred up to the time of cancellation.


No terms are offered for printed product.


FOB is from one of two points. All orders are shipped UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. OCP and Factory does not assume responsibility for carrier delays and cannot be held responsible. Split destinations: additional $12.50 after first destination. Third party account shipping charge of $5.00 per shipment. International shipments will incur a document processing charge of $20.00 plus freight. Export documents will reflect catalog pricing unless otherwise instructed. Ultimate delivery, customs clearance, duties, taxes and other applicable charges are the responsibility of the consignee.


Products and logos shown in this catalog appear only to illustrate the basic products and ability to include messages and art on them, but are never intended to suggest that the imprints were designed by this company or that the products with those specific imprints are readily available to any purchaser without permission of the owners of the trademarked, copyrighted art or copy. We accept all copy and other materials submitted by the customer for use by the factory for items ordered on the basis that they are submitted in full compliance with all laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, etc. The factory accepts no liability for any infringements.

Set-Up Charges:

See individual products for set-up charges. Set-up charges include simple typesetting and layout of supplied “camera ready vector” art to make it “production ready.” 30 minutes is allowed; orders requiring extensive artwork are invoiced at $50.00 per hour.

Repeat Orders:

Files are maintained for 24 months. Orders repeated within 24 months of the original order will be subject to a $25.00 exact re-order set-up charge. The most recent invoice number and date must be supplied when requesting a repeat of a previous order.

Return Authorization:

Merchandise may not be returned without written authorization from OCP. All return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Artwork Requirements:

To give you the highest quality imprint, the following artwork guidelines have been created:

  • All artwork must be submitted in vector art format.
  • PC Software: Adobe Illustrator CS6 or lower (.ai, .eps or .pdf)
  • MAC Software: Any software (.eps ONLY)
  • All colors must be identified and listed with submitted artwork.
  • All digital artwork should be submitted uncompressed in .eps or .ai file formats ONLY. Files sent in any other format will NOT be accepted.
  • All files must have fonts converted to outlines.
  • Embedded or linked images, or any other file formats placed within an .eps or .ai document, are not acceptable.
  • All copy should be 10 pts or higher, smaller type may fill in and we cannot be responsible.
  • All lines should be no thinner than 1 pt.
  • No halftones will be accepted.
